Our learners are not 10-year children at school. Our learners are adults and many of them with decades of experience. They might already know what we suppose to teach them or they might be able to figure it out quickly with just a little help. Their goal is to get things done at work and not to pass a test. We all know this but the school model had influenced us a lot. We need to examine all of these before we assume that the problem is just his empty head and we need to fill it with knowledge.

Moving a course we designed for face-to-face delivery to a fully or partially online and virtually teaching environment undoubtedly poses certain challenges, not only the question of how to communicate clearly to students on how they will be expected to interact with our new course materials and the new modes of communication.

How can I teach my class virtually? How can I recreate the same learning experience for my audience? Which resources do I need with regards to technical and human support? What processes and protocols to follow? What hardware and software tools to use?
